Smoky Joe’s is a no-frills, all-flavor BBQ joint in Hutchinson where the brisket has been slow-smoked over post oak for 14 hours every single day since 2009. The menu is simple: brisket, ribs, pulled pork, smoked sausage, and a handful of classic sides. The line starts at 11am and by 2pm, they’re usually sold out. Joe wouldn’t have it any other way.
